Recorded my new cd in Nashville and it’s sounding amazing. just need to print them and package them and they’ll be ready to go~Seems like this time in my life is a time of reflection and growth. Sometimes in our life we are not sure why things happen to us. We just can’t see beyond the forest in front of us. We remain in the wilderness for a season. Sometimes the reasons are quickly revealed and other times they take a while because it is a time of tough love for us to grow, or it’s a time when we are to be still, or maybe he’s trying to bless us while we’re preventing that process and remaining stuck in the same place. All in all I’d say that it’s difficult to deal with sometimes. To know that He has our best interest at heart no matter what we are going through. For me it is also challenging to praise him for it and feel peaceful during this process. However, that is our goal as Christians. We are to hold fast to his word. Believe in healing, believe in victory, believe in an abundant life. Being in the wilderness is not fun. However, God is still there with us. We are growing through these times. Although it feels as though things are standing still, he is doing a work in us.”For i know the plans i have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”Jeremiah 29:11 This scripture is what i cling to in times like these.May God be with you all and sustain you through YOUR time in the wilderness.

I can’t begin to say what a privilege it was to minister for Rich and Donna Engle in memory of their daughter Brenna. They have established an orphanage in the Ukraine and are sending a group there on a missions trip. The Engle family really touched my heart when i met them and even more so the night of this event. The Lord was so present and the Holy Spirit moved mightily! For that I am so humbled and full of joy!
I look forward to hearing about what the Lord is going to do on this missions trip.

God bless all going!

Just got back from a trip to Springfield VT. I ministered at a Ladie’s Brunch and had a sweet time with all the wonderful women there. The food was great! My friend Mona, who organized this, created so many neat “flip flop” pins/magnets for the “Flip Flop” theme of the event. She is one of the most creative and talented people I know. OH, and she has a heart of gold too!!!
I also ministered on Sunday morning at the service which is televised in Vermont.
My heart was swept away by a little girl named “Chloe”. It was one of the highlights of
my trip. She is 5 years old and loves Jesus so much. She is filled with so much love for everyone! I wanted to take her home with me to NY! Pinkie traveled with me on the trip.
She was such a good girl. (Pinkie is my chihuahua).
Going to Nashville soon to do some recording! Looking forward to the trip.
Til next time!
To God be the glory!

Hi everyone!
Thought I’d let you know the latest going on in my life! Well, this new year has brought me so much joy and love and I can say that trusting in the Lord really does pay off.
I am blessed to have someone in my life who shares music with me. He and I have already teamed up to play an engagement at the Crossroads Coffeehouse in Catskill and it was an anointed evening unto the Lord. I look forward to what God has for us in ministry and the doors He will open for us in the future. Still working on my new project which is taking many new twists and turns as we speak.
So, will keep you all updated with that. I’m also thrilled to say that I am taking a trip to Nashville soon to meet with a new organization I joined called “Christian Artist Association”. www.christianartistassociation.com
Looking forward to the trip! The Lord is moving mountains right in front of my eyes. All glory and praise to our Father and to Jesus our Savior , Healer, Prince of Peace, Comforter and Deliverer!
With God all things are possible! Keep this always in your mind and watch Him move mountains in your life too!
In His AMazing Love,
Laura

I am so grateful to the Lord for what is happening with this ministry. He is showing me so much about myself, my relationship with Him and with others. I feel this year is going to bring new things to this ministry. His plan is perfect. I think the biggest thing to remember is to “surrender” to His will. What we think is best, sometimes isn’t. Trusting Him no matter what may come is so key. He will build our character through all kinds of situations…big/small/happy/sad…….it is our job to remain faithful and not waver in our relationship with Him.
I am really excited about 2008. I am seeing the fruit of obedience. It does pay off. It’s through the struggles we must hang on and have hope that there will be gain when it’s over. These are the toughest times to endure, but we must never give up.
Praise you Lord for all you have done in my life and continue to do.
I hope all that see the video of my brother would please say a prayer for his spirit and for his health. My brother is my biggest biggest hero! He endures so much on a daily basis…not many could endure what he has. It will be 8 years that he has been a quadriplegic. I am blessed to have him as my brother and my friend.
Bless you all,
Laura

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!~ Thank you Lord for the incredible stuff going on in the recording studio right now. I am working on my 2nd project now and am really loving it! So far I think it’s the best project ever! I am feeling renewed and inspired! I am so grateful for the gift of song in my life. As a child I remember people crying when they heard me sing. Well, now I understand that God had a calling on my life back then to use my voice to touch people. So, I just can’t wait for this project to come out!
Til next time
MERRY CHRISTMAS

December 20th, 2007
I have been singing lots of Christmas songs lately for different engagements this month.
But I have to say that the 12 days of Christmas seems to be a big hit …ya see, i grab those in the crowd that look like they want to be on American Idol….no, just kidding….but so far those willing to come up and stand in front of the crowd and participate have been wonderful! We have had such a blast with it! Even got to lead the crowd in singing Silent Night in Tivoli, NY at the Tree Lighting. It was just beautiful. We all held candles and and it was so special. I look forward to 2008! I trust that the Lord will have His way as He did this year. I wonder what’s in store for the ministry in 2008. Only He knows….
God bless you all this Christmas and may the Lord Jesus be with you and your famlies giving you peace , love, and joy!
Bless you,
Laura

Hey everyone!
Well, I’m looking forward to the Ladie’s Brunch coming up on November 3rd!
I will be speaking on “trusting the Lord, not yourself” - Proverbs 3:5-7.
Trust is such an important topic right now and I am glad the Lord has me speaking on it.
He is working in my life right now in a way that is requiring me to trust Him more than ever. I am confident that the outcome will be tremendous! For anyone going through a trial right now that seems hopeless and almost impossible to endure , I encourage you to put your trust soley in the Lord. He allows trials in our lives for many reasons… to bring us closer to Him..to strengthen us…to teach us… to develop our trust in Him.
I encourage all ladies to come out to the brunch! I am excited to see you all!
